ABOUT THE POSITION

Fastighets AB Balder is a publicly traded real estate group that owns, manages, and develops properties. We are a committed and long-term property owner and urban developer working to create attractive and safe areas.

In recent years, we have chosen to invest in the internal development of our information flows and integrations, where we previously handled integration issues externally. Our goal is to continue developing our information flows through the integration of systems and applications to drive success throughout the company. As an Integration Architect, you will play a central role in creating and maintaining smart information flows through the integration of systems and applications. You act as a technical product owner, work closely with decision-makers, and drive innovation in data collection and processing.

The role encompasses the entire lifecycle of integration solutions, from requirements gathering and architecture design to project management and maintenance. You will lead the development of integration solutions in the cloud (Azure) and ensure that they meet Balder's business goals. You will also manage budgets, timelines, and coordinate different departments and partners, as well as continuously improve and optimize the integrations after launch.

Technically, the role focuses on ensuring that integration solutions are robust, scalable, and work seamlessly across the organization. You will also provide technical guidance and identify new technologies to improve integrations and support our data-driven development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of integration solutions: Responsible for the entire process from requirements gathering to implementation of a scalable integration architecture in the cloud (Azure).
• Translate business needs into technical solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical specifications that support the company's goals.
• Project management and resource coordination: Plan, lead, and coordinate integration projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget, including managing multiple departments and external partners.
• Management and optimization of integrations: Responsible for continuous improvement and support of integrations after launch, as well as providing technical guidance to teams and decision-makers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Appreciates working in a company with short decision-making paths and has a strong interest in the business your organization drives. Through your experience in the integration area, you have gained expertise in the business aspects and can turn customer needs and challenges into profitable and efficient solutions. You also have:

• A business-oriented or technical educational background from college or university
• At least two years of experience in a similar role within the integration area with a focus on Integration Architecture and data management
• Basic knowledge of Java, Python, C#, or other related languages
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you have:

• Good knowledge of tools and principles for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD
• Good knowledge of Azure Functions or Azure Logic Apps
